![]() Outfit took longer than expected !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ordered clothing on Jan 29th 2021 I ordered some great stuff, it looked good on the internet, it was very different when I got it, it also took 3 months to get here Looked nothing like the picture. This is an excerpt of email I received last Friday: Case Number: 210319-011582 Incident Status: Unresolved Hi XXX, This email is the confirmation about the refund request that was manually processed today for the amount of $259.79 back to the card you used. Very riously disappointing BBB.Will cancel my Beyond membership and stop association with a company that can't keep its promise nor communicates effectively/honestly with their customers. I called 3 different times to get resolution before today. No one ever told me there was a problem, just agreed, took details and never followed up what they promised. But nothing came and when I called today to find out status, am told no refund is coming which was decided 10 days ago, so why did CS rep tell me all is ok 7 days ago, and just submit photos then which I did (I asked the earlier CS rep #2 who said its not needed, all ok). The customer service department attempts to reply to questions or concerns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest within 24 hours.Just had a sad experience with BBB on phone, after a discussion and receiving a "confirmation" email last Friday stating my request for a replacement wine glass could not be filled (after several weeks, therefore BBB would issue a refund.
